Ok as long as they aren't too mischievous. Years ago we had a cockapoo, very small, about 7 pounds. He figured out that he could get on the kitchen table by pushing the chairs out. Then he could run around and bark at the squirrels in the back yard, making a mess of the table and windowsill. He'd open the low cabinets by lying on his back and pawing at the door edges to get at the trash. Would chew only the shoes you wore the most. Would get anyone's underwear if he could and leave it on the kitchen floor. But grew out of it and was just wonderful
