Here’s my “conspiracy theory” guess on Sessions...he either a) did this at the instruction of Trump to take attention off of this new book coming out/Russia investigation or b) did it without running by Trump to force Trump’s hand to fire him (or in defiance of him) where he could leave saying he stuck to his principals and be in the good graces of Big Pharma (maybe to take on some cushy advisor role after he leaves office)...
I’m not political so not trying to start a debate, I just think what’s really at play is something like that...
