My guess is ol Jeffy saw the tidal wave effect of the California legalization and was going to stamp it out just like he did last year.

Too powerful of a wave this time. He can't stop it.

1) Vermont legalization was a big FU right at him.
2) The MJ stocks rebounded strongly and are poised again to get the momentum back next week.

No doubt about it. Sessions and his agenda are toast.
