I wonder, if they wait till may, to file 20f for financial period ending 12-31-17, if the os they report will be os as of 12-31?
Cuz if that’s the case, those numbers are gonna be off again, with 4-5 months of trading, and even controlled dilution to that point.
I wish these foreign reporters had to file qs.
