In the grand scheme of things I don’t think he holds the MJ market sector back more than a week or so. After all the states have rights. The states have voters. The states have political figureheads. Those political state figureheads are not elected into state office by any type of federal votes. They are elected by the state voters and the voters want MJ and senators and house reps and congressmen want jobs. Seems to me there best interest would be in spreading the states populace not the federal government. Sorry for the inevitably long run on sentence lol.
