Thanks for that information. I've definitely noticed FINRA cracking down more on corporate actions. Reverse splits especially, since many OTC stocks love to abuse them at the expense of the shareholders.

The recent barrage of PRs suggests the possibility that they are attempting other methods to sell shares since the RS has not happened yet.
