If FINRA sees something they don’t like or understand, they ask questions. Otherwise the RS would have been processed in a short period of time.

But I’ve noticed FINRA has been not been processing the R/S corporate actions as easily as they once did - for instance as easy as when ASKE Reverse Split their stock 1:2500 twice in one year.

I’ve followed another stock that requested a reverse split, FINRA asked for some numbers they couldn’t come up with. Finally, after a year, that company formally rescinded the amendment to their articles of incorporation, saying it was of no force and effect.
