Looks like the people shorting it knew they were going to raid the BellRidge penny bank. I had thought we might get good news at the start of the year. Now we have to cross our fingers that they finish their product by the first week of Feb (60 business days from Nov 13 agreement). If that agreement was legitimate (unlike all the other 'orders' they have had that they never fulfilled).
I feel we may shortly understand why the 0.06 restriction on the agreement was removed.
