I don’t think the “lip Goop” has gone anywhere, in fact I think it has a future and in addition to being placed in over 5000 retail locals in the NY NJ area it has a very good chance of being in one of the biggest retail pharmas in the country. You know, the one in my backyard that Bozo Berman purportedly (by you) met with a low level type. Lol

Why would you think a reverse merger is off the table. Maybe the table is just being set for a substantive R/M.
