Someone is accumulating for sure. I think the partners already have a deal. I can't see them buy on the open market. Either a set price from the company if the deal goes through or they will buy the remaining outstanding shares not in the float.

I can't see them announce a deal ...let the price go up and then buy upto 20 percent of the company on the open market.

We will wait and see....but so far it's looking good. Near 10 cents pre-news. Should fly post news. Finger crossed no delays
