This is where there is a serious disconnect to where many fail to understand how biotechs works. Without $$$, you are dead in the water. No $$$$ means no way to get your drugs into clinical trials. The failed business plan of Koos is there for all to see. IT didn't work with HemaX, Dcellvax and will most likely fail with the NERF molecule.
