The hope is that some private company out there sees a nice clean shell with a good share structure and wants to use it to go public.

If the bankruptcy was going to be the end of the ticker and common shares why go through all the trouble of dropping the Q? Why wouldn’t it just dissolve as CBRIQ??

And yes Legion was selling shares not adding, but why only sell so few and not the other 10 million back in November? Granted they couldn’t be selling now but why not earlier?? That’s a lot of money to be holding in a company that was going to just dissolve.
