Just a couple of things to consider...

Docket 971 was filed today to pay the post-petition GUC to SAP - they settled on $5,715,000 which was less than the $7,000,000 SAP had originally requested in their claim:

The cash that is on their balance sheet from the asset sale of everything (and I mean everything - IP, logos, patents, offices, employees, etc., etc.) that CIBER owned to HTC Global, is slowly dwindling. There are still many GUC's that have to be settled.

The DD that has been done on LEGION PARTNERS, et al, in my opinion, is not correct... The actual EDGAR filing that the DD referred to as a FORM-4 filing - they were selling shares, not acquiring them. Just max to the bottom and take a look at the Schedule A:

Also, refer to these following EDGAR filings as to the trading that Legion Partners, et al, did over the last 18 months and make your own decision. IMHO, these guys were hoping for a buyout, not a BK:

CMTSU - Can't Make This Shit Up Liquidation, Inc. is only a shell with no business or revenues and CIBER Global now belongs to HTC Global.

This is only my opinion and I do not own any shares...
