Come on FED/Cartel/Wall street supercomputer...I'm waiting

If I was a wall street supercomputer program, I'd be spitting out this picture ,and my Slam down button would be blinking now.
This is the GDXJ chart

of course ,logic also says they cant make it be this easy and predictable,this is such basic math, so maybe there will be a trick or two to throw the picture off a bit.
