The sale of 70,000 shares of stock by the CFO has been shown to be a lie.
I presume that it has been restated by you to keep the FUD going at the end of the day.

Here is a portion of Polarbear's post #136148 and a reponse by Basparks.

And on 12/13/17 the BOD granted her another 30,000 stock optionshares (likely not yet exercised). It was published on a Form 4 on 12/15/17.

It doesn’t seem plausible that as CFO she reported the Form 4 for her and Dr M’s new stock option grants on 12/13, but did NOT file a Form 4 for her (alleged) insider sale of 70k shares on 12/8???

All of the other Forms 4 are listed at the sec.gov website and at Edgar Online and Nasdaq and Yahoo Finance but NOT this supposed sale by the CFO on 12/8/17.

Can anyone else find any record of an insider sale by our CFO in December 2017?
