You don’t need the actual cash in the bank to have leverage. You just need to know you have it available if need be.

I seriously doubt raising cash was to have a better leverage. I believe cash was raised to fund existing operations as they decide how to progress the trials. Going to EU will be very costly. We hired a former highly placed FDA guy to get the trials up and running in the US. Now for some unknown reason we have abandon PD here and going to the EU. Yeah, I hear the argument that it was tested in Sweden and that is why. However, I think it is more than that and thus why the share price has slipped since mid October. Almost 50% drop when we believe we were on the eve of 3 explosive trials starting.

We need a trial to start now.
