Seriously, Imagine someone at the SEC reading her complaint and going:

"Gee the stock is trading at one tenth of a penny to begin with and that didn't flip your red flag switch?" lol

I don't like companies diluting and scamming either but the SEC coming in and suspending tickers doesn't help anyone. The OTC market gets way less liquid from folks not wanting to dip their funds into anything out of fear.

It's even worse now considering how many ppl took their money out of the penny market and put it into buying actual crypto coins.
