I let some DEM (Wisdomtree emerging markets) go today. That one was flat
out of cash for a long time and is starting to come up with the rest of the
ex-US components. Emerging seemed to lag the rest of the "developed" ex-US
components in 2017, but had a good year. There are still lots of shares to
sell since it's just at 7% cash now.

Overall, my international portfolio of ETFs turned in a healthy 22+% gain
in 2017. Let's hope the Rear View Mirror Investors see those big gains and
send more $$$ that way! I still have lots of inventory left.
