Wade: USCR -.75 to 82.85, now down about 1% YTD despite the market rally, so not acting well technically .... have you noticed that analysts keep trimming Q4 EPS estimates, now down to $0.82, a hefty 24% drop from $1.08 just 60 days ago ? That doesn't seem so encouraging.

I'm waiting to see the Q4 report before I consider starting a position.
