USCR cheap here at $83. Why ?
For one, the present price is not even close to reflecting the new tax plan. USCR was at $83 before the plan only a month or two ago. With the new plan, they will make $6+ for 2018, instead of $5. If we increased the stock price by 20%, it would be $100. However that's only the beginning. Vulcan Materials, a larger peer, is not expected to grow as fast going forward, yet sports a 20+ PE going forward. USCR is selling at a 16 PE going forward, even not counting the lower tax rate coming. I believe USCR is undervalued by 25% or more, and have a $105 target.
