Think Sawyer helped arrange a deal for Kakani to start manufacturing again in Massena under a new company name. Kakani wanted nothing to do with Michelex any more due to their high debt.

Can’t remember who bought the property. Should be on Massena tax assessment website.

Strange that Sawyer helped Kakani without a benefit to Michelex but that’s what I heard.
