All of us were harmed by this unsuitable clusterfuck of a settlement, with no accountability anywhere. Pre or Post. Our Reps made promises to all, told us all of the importance of WMILT's, everyone we were going to sue, put Retail in an entirely UNSUITABLE investment and have delivered nothing. ALL ILLEGAL.

None of this should be acceptable. We could sit and watch it play out and hope, or we could challenge it. An escrow Q&A with the players who can give answers should be demanded after all this time.
