But remember, shares are shares. Those that were harmed and sold gave their chance of being made whole away to the purchaser of the shares.

Also, who is to say that original preBK shareholders didn't sell and then repurchase later at a much lower price.

Shares are shares and therefore, IMO, your argument is irrelevant.
