I said I wouldn't post here anymore and I intend to try to refrain but

in this case the constitution protects patents as ownership and they

can not be removed or else the constitution is worthless. I am going to

sue the federal government for violating my constitutional rights to

possess or consume anything including drugs. Our forefathers were brilliant

and the declaration of independence and the constitution was written to

protect the poor and uneducated from the rich and powerful later assuming

powers to imprison ordinary citizens and becoming a dictatorship

government. That was why the constitution states the government has

limited powers. You see Nevada now has a law that they can't serve you

shark fin soup, what is next they can't serve chicken wings, or steaks?

If you don't stand up for your rights you and your children and

grandchildren will have no rights. Even if the drug laws were able to

stand as legal the possession law is cruel and unusual punishment when

you have harmed no one.
