Your estimate was close to mine. "I don’t have any idea why they (directors) sold shrs." I can’t tell that they did? My opinion is entirely open for argument.

Here is what Form D told us:
A) No specific director was identified as receiving funds.
B) 20,000 was identified to be the smallest disbursement made
C) It seems 2 accredited investors were indicated for the disbursement but not directly named.
D) As far as I can see the moneys raised were identified as Equity and Consulting.
E) The Shares were sold in Minnesota.
F) $772,500 was raised.

I cannot find anything inappropriate in this filing that would not appear in the normal course of business.

Of course we would all like them to have an inexhaustible supply of cash that would never adversely dilute the existing shareholder value.

Like you said "already sold on Jul/August" and we already absorbed these shares.
