If I`m not wrong the amount of $772.500 already sold on Jul/August ==> 4.0 M shrs

The regulation D form was signed on Jul, 31 and IMO the total amount of shrs was sold on July,25


I don`t have any idea why they (directors) sold shrs.

Any Clue?
