First it take years to suspend a stock. The longest I seen was 12 years. Second the first step is to de-register the stock which gives shareholders another couple years to exist because the paperwork has to be submitted and approved by a judge. At that point its up to the shareholder whether or not he stays(In hopes it get straighten out ) or sell(betting it won't get resolved ). A wise trader would sell there shares. I learned alot about stocks over the years and traded hundreds to symbols and never had an issue. Just make sure you do your DD and check to see who the major players are behind that stock.
