I had a PACER account for several plus years and killed it roughly four years past. I received a post card about a Month ago concerning this:

I was over billed....and expect a small amount of change as such. No need for a summary of said event in my opinion. The suit "as is" puts a "kibosh" on anyone attempting to purchase said rights and title......which is great. It may also give a reason to own such rights to "said" suit though...eh?
