Well, court can suppress anything, and I doubt it was agreed that CCEL would or would not be able sell into it to achieve the goal. It's just a concept that makes sense but may not be the fact.

I'm sitting on bid as well. Picked up some .0026's and am now on .0022 in hopes of a dump.

I agree, Red Oak could exhale and send the SP straight up with any news. For example, they discussed how they were hoping to continue raising the EBIDA here. If they have done it again successfully then it would support the idea they are continuing to improve the company, one month at a time. We're are below value here, so only way to go is up. That I know.
