As for the PP placement I believe Sidney saw that as a opportunity to seek while the price has been stable. He was pretty clear that he would not use a PP unless it was needed. It would appear to this point that it is not needed.
There is one more filing to go to get the stop sign removed. No reason to believe at this point that the deadline will not be met.
The Elephant in the room is the potential for a R/S that is in the filing. They can not execute that until they are current. It is possible they will file to remove it as well. I don't have a good answer for anyone on this other than it is not etched in stone. The cost of carrying a big O/S was the reason for the reverse per Sidney. This was all way before approval and a lot has changed since then. As Sidney says it does not change the underlying value of the stock. With that said we know there is no dilution now so there is no reason to think there would be any after if that did happen. The problem for all of us here is the perception and the market will probably not react well to it if they do execute one.
So we have the final filing and the potential of a reverse to deal with. I have made my feelings about this known but I always tell the truth as I see it so not going to hide this. I encourage everyone to read the filings
I am a big supporter of this company since I found it. I think they have a legit chance to do something in the diabetes market that could be game changing for a lot of people
So we have the following in play as I see it:
Next filing to get current in January. Have to look up that commit date
Reverse clarification before or after filing
88M public float currently
No dilution or change in S/S
Balance of stock closely held by insiders
Sidney is financing the company currently
Do we have a Potential Partner?
Do we have Potential Financing for growth?
Do we have a Potential Merger?
Sometimes the unknown make stocks move the most.
For me personally I like this CEO. I like the direction the laws are changing to allow for mass adoption of this especially in the states. I like that the product crosses boundaries and has multiple different revenue possibilities built in. I like that it is a global product.
I am just waiting to see what happens like everyone else
