I hear the new tax incentives from Trump support company buy-back programs. Would be nice to see them sitting on the bid for that reason.

Also, I think it's CCEL putting pressure on SP, possibly to keep SP 'average' lower, in an effort to show Red Oak they may be over-valuing the sale price. Might also have been part of the court arrangement, find a sale price at an average pps of next X years.
