I'm getting the info from the first audited publicly traded Optex annual report year 2009, I believe.

You're relying on cutting and pasting a section that when taken into context with the audited annual is misleading in my opinion. Optex could easily have allowed Alpha to sell the Optex shares to Arland before the Sustut deal fully closed IMO.

Again, not sure why you would do that. I prefer the truth in audited annuals.

Anyhow, at least we got to the bottom of it. I hadn't spent a ton of time on wonership back then.
