Last time, you are reading/relying on a filing that came 1+ year later & story was evolving so you can believe whatever you want BUT the 4/3/09 filing concerned the reorganization/closing etc & that filing very clearly stated Optex Delaware was not authorized nor did they issue any shares until 12/28/08 & no shares of the 50,000,000 were issued to Alpha for him to sell in 10/08, period.

As of December 28, 2008, the Company was authorized to issue 300,000,000 shares of $.001 par value common stock, of which 50,000,000 shares were issued and outstanding as follows:

Longview = 45,081,350
Arland = 4,918,650
