Ok, thanks for the clarification...will check it out, again, both with Fidelity and my CPA.

On your other note, what exact power do have that can be exercised to create a change here? I share your concerns, as I have said all along, the lack of information and all of the missteps do not inspire confidence.....but unless you have proof....of something, that the rest of us do not know?
