What is the new SEC filing, is it just another TPIV screw-up, these guys can never get it right plus they want to sell more shares asap. Finally TPIV got a new “opinion”, any potential legal trouble on the way? This is TPIV’s idea of a real update to go with the “old BS” news from today. Is anyone in trouble here, TPIVcontinuously fixing mistskes, always spending time and money in damage control. People talk about higher stock price, good luck, after the vultures get through with TPIV there will be nothing left! Sure wish these guys could get something right!
