RE: "Sharestructure under a billion outstanding."

Did you even read the filings???

I'm thinking you just don't know how to read the filings (which is better than thinking you're attempting to mislead others.

When you read the filings - always go by number at the top of the filings (above the bold line)

As of December 20, 2017, there were 1,264,373,754 shares of the registrant’s company common voting stock outstanding.

So, assuming you went off the shares reported further down:

Common stock, no par value;
2,000,000,000 authorized common shares
1,040,146,548 and 783,080,479 shares issued and outstanding, respectively

Then what you need to know is that respectively means that in the Sept 2016 report there were 783,080,479 OS and when they did the financials in Sept of 2017 there were 1,040,146,548 shares OS (over a billion) and then by the time the filing was made in DEc of 2017 there were 1,264,373,754.

_____________

Then there is the matter of the preffered shares held by CEO which are = to 70% of OS. I figure that on a fully diluted basis makes it around 2 billion OS.

That said --- I was filled this am on a long standing GTC order for shares at .0004
