Issue shares, announce news, and when volume increases from the news, sell the shares.

If you feel like throwing a few bucks at it as a lotto ticket, the shares are cheap enough. Don't marry it, don't get engaged, don't go steady. Concentrate on dating only...as in...a one night stand.

If these 4's turn into 5's or 6's...flip 'em and get outta here, fast. If you don't run fast, you face the possibility of company shares being dumped and sending it back to the 2's and 3's.

That's my feedback...all IMO.
