bench 2: from the THM to pre-financing, $1.40 to $0.70 -50%

bench 3: from pre-financing to post-financing, $0.70 to $0.35 -50%

bench 4: from post-financing to god-only-knows ?, $0.35 to $0.175 ? -50% ?

here's to 2018 reversing this ugly trend in PPS, these guys need to deliver some significant news ASAP on:

1) Dielectric Platform protos
2) Ga partner (India govt?)
3) 5 million award from Singapore EDB for meeting criterias
4) High volume SLED's transition gains anticipated traction
5) ??
