I'm starting to think the reason we haven't heard news on phase 2 is because they're going to combine phase 2 and phase 3 and just get it all done at once now that they have enough money to do that anyway that would explain the delays if that's true the flippers better hold on to what they have because this is going to explode when that news comes out.
But even if I'm wrong about that and just phase 2 comes out with all the rest of the things going on this is going to explode anyway this is all just my opinion I know nothing
