Blaisure reported those insider trades incorrectly (whether it was an accident or deliberate misrepresentation, he has failed to correct the filings). In truth, he DUMPED $40,000 worth of shares in the past 2 years...

... Fortunately for him, he 'coincidentally' sold those millions of shares before massive dilution caused the stock price to drop over 90%.
