I personally would not be a fan of spinning Gro3,,,,I think many investors are in this stock because they are combined,,,,I also think AMFE has the huge potential for the share price to be way higher then we think possible,and,,,,be way stronger for a sustained period of many more years, then we can imagine,,,if they are combined and feeding off one another, and,,,,after the uplist to a stronger market,,,,imagine one putting out a PR,,,,then the other putting out a PR,,,and so on....could be huge ,,,imo
