JAMN is tiny; small potatoes. I can't imagine anyone looking to merge with them. There's no name to be bought out (JAMN, is, in itself, not a great name). There are no assets. There are no business relationships. and there is a potential for a mountain of debt. The whole company is valued at less than $30K.

There is a button on that OTC Website to update company information - could anyone have just clicked on that button? Is there any independent verification that this person is who he says he is and that he's doing what he's expected to do?

The JAMN CEO is a real estate broker; he runs JAMN part-time. I find it hard to believe that he got someone important on-board. Is there any press release? Has anyone called the CEO?
