I disagree. This is a small deal and not even near enough to suspend. SEC did not even suspend after all of Sullivans antics. GDSI will respond and it will be fine.. If you doubt it, take a look at similar actions by SEC. They are simply looking for a cogent response and rarely suspend for such penny anty stuff.
