Well it said 10 days from service , so we dont know when it was served or if, and it could have been served yesterday. I suspect they will file an answer, the thing is the SEC already gave them time to file and this is the result of not adherring to the SEC demand. Now whether the SEC will accept an explanation or not of course is up to the SEC. But odds are the will suspend it at the least until such time as GDSI completes all filings and gets compliant with SEC regs.

That is my bet on what happens, they say a 1 year suspension, not a good thing
