I'm sorry but it's not a quicker way of going public, only if the company was current. Cheaper yes, but if this was real, money isn't even an issue for CanoePool. A clean listing can be had in as little as 2 1/2 months from application. So far... not only has there not been an official filing linking $SANP to anything but they've had MORE than enough time to do it the way you have stated. However, I don't think it's a waste of time, I just think it's nothing but B.S. seeing there isn't anything out there to support it officially. Just a bunch of PR's & pretty pictures.
