Yes it does California is a beacon to the world of investment and the world of health. California endorsing marijuana as safe in business as a regular part of the economy means the world takes notice. Mom and pop will now be investing in marijuana more than ever and many times they choose the nearby stock because they trust their home State. Mom and pop are still hands on people, and if they know a company is real and they can drive by it they will invest there first.
