'gblxwhale' I have been a Gb holder for about a year & was gratified to see the PPS elevated to be consistent with the actual enterprise, however, #'s DO matter & this increase in shares for a Co. that is operating in the red, is both highly toxic & will definitely have an equal negative impact on the other side of the ledger{ie. the PPS}. I agree with you that the # of shares increase is not favorable & represents a 37.5% increase of the new total, furthermore, I hope that management does not become "addicted" to this type of easy finance to solve their shortfalls. I may sell until greater clarity can be had from this boondoggle of a move. GLTA
