New Filings!?!?! Seems excessive to authorize 400m shares especially if this is supposedly on its way to $1. Think about it. Yes to 1. but a definite NO for 2. for me.

1. To approve the redomicile of the Corporation from the state of Delaware to the state of Nevada;

2. To approve an amendment to our certificate of incorporation to increase the number of shares of capital stock our Board of Directors is authorized to issue from 250,000,000 capital shares to 400,000,000 capital shares
