OAKS $3.97 may drop lower next week during tax sales. 4 day sesson next week. They are good for a .20 cent swing maybe a little more, depends on how things play out with Trumps tax plan.

If they dont cut their divy from .05 cents, a monthly under $4.00 is a good place start a pile.
