Massive delays and now more dilution being thrown out there. Many way better MJ plays, I have been exiting PNTV and buying other MJ stocks on the move. Working good so far and since phase II most likely only gives a .03 bounce or so definitely not worried about missing that. May buy more around dispensary news time. That prob will be their next big jump if they announce a dispensary.
